What is The Phoenix?
The Phoenix is a weekly magazine for 7-14 year olds that's packed with exciting comics, serialized graphic novels and drawing guides that are great for tearing kids off the screen getting them reading, writing and drawing.
Where can I buy The Phoenix?
From our website! www.thephoenixcomic.com. We do great trial offers and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
How do you send in fanart and letters?
Email all pictures and letters to [email protected] or send them via post to our UK office (The Phoenix, 26 Beaumont Street, Oxford, OX1 2NP, UK) or US post box (The Phoenix, 2093 Philadelphia Pike # 5361, Claymont, Delaware 19703-2424, USA).
Why does The Phoenix have British spelling?
The Phoenix is currently made in Britain but if enough of you fantastic Americans subscribe we will publish a US edition with US spelling! Thank you for helping us reach that goal.
My first issue hasn’t arrived yet – when can I expect it?
You should expect your first issue to arrive within 2 – 4 weeks of subscribing. Once your first comic has arrived, you should receive 1 issue a week for the remainder of your subscription.
One of my comics didn’t arrive, how do I get a replacement?
If one of your issues didn’t arrive when you’d usually expect it to, please wait 5 working days in case of any local post delays and then get in touch with us at [email protected]. Let us know which issue you are missing and we will send you another one. Please note, we are only able to send replacement copies up to 1 month after the issue publication date so please get in touch as soon as you can to request a replacement.
How do I renew my subscription?
If you have bought a fixed term subscription and not opted for auto renewal we will send you an email to tell you when you are about to expire. If you bought one of our trial auto renew credit card offers you don't need to worry about renewing as your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your customer account by pressing 'Manage account' at the top of this page and cancel - it's as simple as that!
How do I update my credit card information?
You can amend your subscription and payment details at any time at the top of this page by clicking ‘Manage account’.
