PHOENIX SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by David Fickling Comics USA Inc, 2093 Philadelphia Pike #5361, Claymont, Delaware, 19703, United States (“Sponsor”).
2. Agreement to Rules. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
3. Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12 noon ET on 16th JUly 2026 and ends at Midnight ET on 20th August 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete the Sponsor’s survey at https://thephoenixcomic.typeform.com/to/rOHV11Bn or https://thephoenixcomic.typeform.com/to/D4bLN1Sl and submit your email address when prompted to opt into the prize draw. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entry is optional; completing the survey does not require entry into the Sweepstakes, and entering the Sweepstakes requires no purchase or payment of any kind.
6. Prizes. Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) LEGO® gift voucher with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $300 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $900 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution is available, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Winner Selection and Odds. Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random draw will take place on or around 24th August 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification attempt, or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, that winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Privacy. Email addresses submitted for entry will be used solely to administer the Sweepstakes and contact winners. Entry data will be deleted within 120 days of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, except records of winners, which are retained as required for legal and record-keeping purposes.
10. General Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, in which case winners will be selected from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
11. Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Third Parties. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Sweepstake.
13. Winners List. To obtain a list of winners, send a request by email to [email protected] within 90 days of the end of the Entry Period.
14. Governing Law. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Philadelphia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
